Winter Leeks, Blue-green Winter Atlanta Eco

■ A winter leek with excellent frost resistance.
■ Harvestable until the end of winter.
■ Produces a ca. 25 cm long, dark green leek.
■ Very resistant and long storable after harvest.
■ Preferably sow in a greenhouse or outdoors in a seedbed until mid-June.
■ Sow thinly and when the plants are at pencil thickness, transplant into a planting hole 18 cm deep.
■ Lower the plant with its roots to the bottom of the planting hole and water a little.
■ The planting hole fills itself as the plant starts to grow.
