■ Garden bean three times white is white-seeded, white-flowering and stays white after cooking.
■ Fijnsadier and a little later in harvest than Witkiem.
■ Young broad beans taste best.
■ Upon formation of the lower pods, break the top from the plant to reduce aphid infestation.
■ Pre-sow under glass in pots for an early harvest.
■ Sow in the garden for later harvest on 40 cm rows with a bean every 10 cm.
■ Plants are resistant to cold well.
■ It is a tribal bean, so support is not needed.
