■ Cauliflower Alpha 6 - Fortados.
■ Firm cabbage with fairly coarse florets.
■ For harvesting in late spring and summer.
■ Sow preferably in a greenhouse.
■ Keep soil moist.
■ Transplant timely in well-tilled/fertilised soil to prevent the plant from forming a cabbage prematurely.
■ Although self-covering, cover against discolouration.
■ Protect young plants against cabbage midge and cabbage fly using anti-insect netting.
■ Growing in a different place every year.
■ Suitable for weed cultivation.
