Pak Soi

■ Pak Soi sow in a greenhouse or in the garden in seedbeds.
■ After emergence, transplant at the distances indicated.
■ Ensure good basic fertilisation and water regularly.
■ Protect the plants against cabbage fly using anti-insect netting.
■ Don't shoot through quickly.
■ Produces a non-cropping leafy cabbage with broad petioles.
■ Can be cooked, stewed and eaten as a stir-fry vegetable.
